Evens Laguerre arrêté par la PNH pour kidnapping
La Police Nationale d’Haïti (PNH) informe avoir arrêté le nommé Evens Laguerre, né le 10 juin 1992 à Cité Soleil, ce 16 février 2023, au Champ-de-Mars.
Evens Laguerre a été appréhendé après avoir pris part à une tentative d’enlèvement.
Selon les autorités policières, la victime, touchée par balles, a dû s’enfuir de justesse et le véhicule qu’elle pilotait a été volée par les ravisseurs.
Pour l’instant le présumé kidnappeur est placé en garde à vue au Commissariat de Port-au-Prince, a précisé la PNH.
